Caroline A. Soret is a proud Cuban American who grew up in Miami, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1996. Following her undergraduate studies, Caroline graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999, the same year she was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Caroline began her legal career at a telecommunications law firm in Miami, where she specialized in the purchase and sale of radio stations and other media entities. During her tenure in the telecommunications sector, she also served as the Editor of Broadcasting and the Law, a monthly trade publication focused on telecommunications.

In 2002, Caroline made a career shift to a downtown Miami law firm as a litigation attorney, concentrating primarily on automobile accident cases. A year later, she joined the largest minority-owned law firm in the country, where her practice expanded to include premises liability, products liability, high-value automobile accidents, wrongful death, negligent security, and both residential and commercial property damage cases.

In 2011, Caroline co-founded Barton King Soret, P.A. in Coral Gables, Florida, where she served as Managing Partner, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits. Throughout her career, she has also been actively involved in the Miami Beach Bar Association, contributing as its Historian and Vice President.

In 2014, Caroline transitioned to an in-house position as a litigation attorney for GEICO Staff Counsel, where she successfully represented GEICO and individual clients in numerous jury trials, further enhancing her extensive legal experience.

★★★★★
This is the place where I have been treated most kindly. 100% recommended. They speak different languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, they even have lawyers to represent you in other US states like New York, so if you have a car accident or a personal injury in Florida and don't know what to do, don't hesitate to call them for FREE. They will guide and advise you. Ale

I had a slip and fall whilst living in Miami. Alfie took my case on, even though I moved back to the UK shortly after. I recently received settlement. Alfie and his team are very friendly and professional. They kept me informed and up to date with how things were progressing. I would highly recommend them. Tracy

Very important to know... I called 4 different law offices and each of them told me that they could not help me since they only work with people who can get money from others when they have an accident... For the last time I decided to call Woodson & Leon, and the secretary quickly told me, I am going to send you to the lawyer to answer any questions about my concern and the lawyer quickly helped me without any interest… Thank you for your kindness… Hector
