Richard Villalba, Esq.

Richard Villalba is a Cuban-born attorney with longstanding connections to the South Florida community. He graduated with top honors from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science, before continuing his legal studies at Saint Louis University School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship. While there, Richard gained practical experience helping clients with business formations, including nonprofit incorporations, through the school’s legal clinic.

He furthered his legal training by clerking at a Miami firm specializing in first-party insurance and real estate law, and served as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for children’s rights in the 11th Judicial Circuit.

With a technical background spanning over nine years in senior engineering roles, Richard blends his legal and technical expertise to solve complex problems. He is passionate about helping individuals recover compensation in personal injury, premises liability, and auto accident cases.
